1. Depart for Europe – Day 1
Jet off to the trip of a lifetime awaiting you in Europe!

2. Arrive Athens – Day 2
After checking in to your hotel, the day is yours to take a sneak preview of Athens before meeting your Tour Representative and fellow travellers this evening at the hotel. After your meeting, maybe join us in the traditional Plaka area for dinner – a great way to kick off your tour!

3. Athens to Olympia – Day 3
We begin today with a sightseeing tour of Athens including the Acropolis and the Parthenon. Travelling westward, we pause at Corinth to view the impressive canal before arriving at the Palace of Agamemnon at Mycenae where you can walk through the Gate of the Lions and see the sinister beehive tomb. Our day’s journey continues past the Acronafplion Citadel and ends in Olympia this evening. (B,D)

4. Olympia to Delphi – Day 4
This morning join our local guide as we visit the temples of Hera and Zeus, and the site of the Olympic stadium where the games were first held in 776BC. Later, we cross the Corinthian Gulf and drive to Delphi, the sacred town of antiquity. (B,D)

5. Delphi to Athens – Day 5
Visit the site of Delphi, see the Temple of Apollo and the Treasury. A short drive to Athens where our tour ends this afternoon. (B)

total damage: $835 + airfare = i can totally do this.

i just took a peek at some old conversations i had back in ‘08.
it seems like you can never run away from those “wow was i really so ______?”
insert words like “stupid” “naive” “blunt” “rude” “idiotic”- whatever.
you think you haven’t change much, you think you’re not evolving fast enough.
but then you look back, and you almost can’t believe it was just ‘08.

but why is it that as you’re evolving, you feel that people around you are adapting faster than you.
better than you. you tell yourself, i shouldn’t compare. i should work on my own time.
excuses.
people try to seek approval all the time. i know i do. the more you seek, the more lies (or bias truths if you want to be polite) you get, and the more people know how insecure you really are.
so why then? do people seek approval?

i guess it’s to help them sleep better at night.
i just feel that, when it comes to design, it’s such bullshit.
a hundred people can tell you you’re awesome, but if you don’t feel it.
they r probably lying n you are le crap.

here we have little uma all excited in her own SIA seat- NY bound fall 2008

she soon gets a little restless and bugs otoro-san… what an annoying lizard.

later, we all got bored and decided to bust out “be kind rewind”. Uma was sitting a little too close to the screen..

we later had to convince her it was bad for her eyes and she moved back to bug otoro-san every 5 sec because she only recently started learning english and we had to translate for her some parts.

I guess i never told you when nothing in the world was going wrong, i feared the day it would shatter.
and for the longest time, i waited, but it never happened. instead, with each passing day, everything just fell into place.
I never felt so safe, so contented, so protected.
and i promise i will forever love you unconditionally whatever happens.
